Here at Rafiq Electric Center, we assure to provide you with the best advice, support & convenience about the product and after sales services to our customers which they actually deserve. We have listened to our customers’ technological priorities and concerns as a guide to help shape our business, all with a goal of being a trusted partner at every step.

Being a trusted partner is not a guarantee that things will never go wrong – no one is perfect. However, it does mean taking precautions to help avoid things from going wrong and acting with integrity when something does go wrong. In case if you are not completely satisfied with your purchased product, you have an option to exchange, return or refund.

Return & Replacement Policy

Rafiq Electric Center believes in customer satisfaction replacement, return and refund of the products. However, certain pre-requisites mentioned here under must be met in order to be eligible for a return.

• The product has been purchased by the customer directly from our branch/official website.
• The product must exhibit the described reasons for return as described below.
• The product should be returned within 05 working days of sale.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The purchased product should include its original tags, accessories, user manual, warranty card and freebies.
• The serial number and Universal Product Code (UPC) of the product must be intact, legible & unaltered.
• The delivered product should be returned in its undamaged and original packaging box.
• Any return or refund shall be at the sole discretion of Rafiq Electric Center.
• Rafiq Electric Center holds all the rights to change/updated the above condition(s) without prior intimation.

If the returned product is not in a satisfactory condition,  Rafiq Electric Center reserves the right to send it back at your own cost.

Reasons of Return

1. The purchased product is slightly damaged, broken or malfunctioning
2. Incorrect or incomplete product has been delivered
3. The purchased product needs to be exchanged with another brand

Refund Policy

Rafiq Electric Center has established certain rules for refund against return which are as follow:

• Up till 10 days, the refunded amount will be given back as per the purchased price
• After 10 days, the refund amount will be conditional to the market forces i.e.
• If the market price decreases, the refunded amount will also decrease.
• If the market price increases, the actual purchase price will be refunded.

Additional Return Information

Return of Products Purchased in Combos & Bundles:

Combo and Bundles include two or more products that must be purchased together in order to be eligible for discount. Items sold as part of above arrangement may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable return policy period for that individual item.

However, if an individual item is returned for a refund from the combo purchased, the applicable discount will be void and the discount will be confiscated from the amount of the refund. If your combo/bundle/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, the individual item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo in order to receive a refund.

Manufacturer Promotional Items and Rafiq Electric Center Gifts

Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. To receive a full refund on a purchase that offers promotional items all items must be returned otherwise the cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

Rafiq Electric Center may offer gifts to valued customers as part of its loyalty package for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore do not have to be returned.

Return of Out-of-Stock/Discontinued Items

If  Rafiq Electric Center no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock,  Rafiq Electric Center will issue you a refund. If the item is returned within 05 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. If the item was returned beyond 05 days of the original invoice date, a refund at the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.

Bulk Purchase:

We are more than happy to fulfill your bulk order (a quantity of ten (10) or more) of any given item from our stock on a single purchase order. Please note that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
